In this charming house you can enjoy the tranquility of a residential area and at the same time be in one of the most important tourist centers in Mallorca. Outside you will enjoy a fantastic 3 x 1.7 elevated pool with a constant depth of 1.20. Around it, there are sun loungers where you can sunbathe comfortably or contemplate the stars of the Majorcan sky. The porch right next to the terrace has a table for six people to eat and dine outdoors and enjoy the meats and vegetables that you have made on the barbecue. The plot is fenced and has adjacent neighbors.
The house has 118m2 and is distributed over three floors. From the terrace we will access the living-dining room area on the ground floor. It is bright and contemporary and has two comfortable sofas to enjoy satellite TV and a dining table for 6 people. It has air conditioning so you can cool off on the hottest days. The kitchen is independent, with a ceramic hob, and the necessary utensils to cook in total comfort. There is also a toilet that serves this floor.
Going up the stairs we find two bedrooms with a double bed, wardrobe and air conditioning. One of them has an en-suite bathroom with shower. Another full bathroom with a shower serves the rest of the floor. The third bedroom is on the second floor of the house. Like the other two, it has plenty of light and follows the contemporary style of the entire house. This bedroom has a wardrobe, two single beds and two comfortable sofas where you can read a book in the quiet of the room or watch TV, and air conditioning. It has access to a terrace of about 12 m2. The house has a washing machine, iron and ironing board, as well as a high chair and a cot in case you are traveling with a baby.
Puerto de Alcudia is an incredible holiday destination where you can enjoy long walks along its white sand beach and crystal clear waters, water sports, shops, restaurants and much more. It has all the necessary services for an independent stay. Nearby you will find the old town of Alcudia, extraordinarily beautiful with Roman ruins where you cannot miss the market that takes place on Tuesdays and Sundays. You can also visit the ancient Roman city of Pollentia, or go to other coves such as Mal Pas or La Victoria. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. De locatie was fantastisch, het pand was gezellig met airconditioning en voldoende ruimte, hoewel het zwembad niet was schoongemaakt, was alles anders onberispelijk,

De locatie is geweldig, op korte loopafstand maar ver van het lawaai 's nachts als dat niet uw voorkeur heeft

Zeer handige locatie, ideaal huis voor een groep vanwege het aantal kamers en badkamers, Twee ruime woonruimtes (binnen en buiten) om het verblijf te genieten, ongeacht het weer, Het huis was uitstekend uitgerust, een van de best uitgeruste accommodaties die we hebben meegemaakt, Het team was ook zeer responsief, Bedankt!
