At the heart of this completely modernized two-story villa, a cozy space unfolds. The ground floor houses a living room equipped with television and air conditioning, where a comfortable sofa and two armchairs invite you to relax. A decorative fireplace adds a cozy touch, while the dining area and an additional room with a cozy sofa create a versatile setting to enjoy quiet moments. The independent kitchen, equipped with a ceramic hob and all the necessary amenities, is presented as a functional space for the preparation of delicious meals. A bathroom with shower completes the ground floor. On the upper floor, the rooms are designed to offer a restful rest.
