The 296 m2 house is distributed over 3 floors. On the ground floor we find a beautiful and warm living room decorated in a simple way, where we can watch satellite television or simply read a book and relax while cooling off with the air conditioning on hot days. Through an arch we access the dining area. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove. In the house you will also find a washing machine, iron and ironing board. In this house you can retire to rest in 5 bedrooms. The first is located on the ground floor, has a double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower as well as access to a terrace from which to contemplate the views. On the ground floor you will also find a separate shower room that has a sink and toilet. In the basement we find two other bedrooms, both with two single beds, a wardrobe and views of the garden. The house is located in the middle of the countryside near s'Horta and Calonge where you can find the basic services for an independent stay. The coast is very close and you can enjoy incredible beaches and coves such as Caló des Pou, Cala Gran, Caló des Corral or Cala Ferrera. The Cala Mondragó Natural Park is also close by and a must-see. If you are a golf lover, the closest course is just 6.9 km away. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser.
