After a pleasant day on the beach, there is nothing better than relaxing on the apartment's beautiful balcony while having a drink in the best company. The apartment is located on the ground floor and from there you can access the outside area of the building.
The interior of the apartment has been recently renovated and offers a simple but very cozy style. The main room brings together the living room, dining area and kitchen. It has air conditioning and TV. In the kitchen with ceramic hob you will also find the washing machine. There is also an iron and ironing board. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and AC and the second with 2 single beds. The bathroom of the house has a shower. In addition, we can offer you a crib and a high chair in case you travel with your baby.
The location of the apartment is fabulous, as it is located just 180 meters from the beautiful Denia beach, which has several kilometers of sand where you can enjoy the sea and the good weather. In the area you will find the basic services for an independent stay such as supermarkets, bars, restaurants, etc. The town of Denia and its beautiful castle are a must-see for visitors. Het huis is comfortabel en rustig, de locatie naast het strand is uitstekend, de parkeerplaats is erg goed, we hadden geen problemen met muggen of insecten, we waren zeer comfortabel,

De locatie was uitstekend! Slechts 2 minuten naar vele bars, restaurants en een kleine supermarkt, het strand is ook niet ver, je bent met de taxi in 8 minuten in de stad en het kost meestal niet meer dan 10, de faciliteiten zijn ook geweldig, genoeg voor 2 -4 mensen om te leven,

De locatie, duidelijkheid en gemakkelijke toegang tot het strand werden enorm gewaardeerd, de eigenaren waren erg vriendelijk en de service was uitstekend,
