The wonderful backyard of the house has a private elevated salt pool that measures 4 x 2 meters and has a depth of 1.10 meters, a beautiful porch with barbecue and the solarium area where you can relax in the sun. The house is fenced and has direct neighbors.
The two-story house retains traditional elements and offers a cozy style. On the main floor you will find a nice living room with TV-sat; the kitchen-dining room with gas stove and access to the patio; 2 bedrooms, one with a single bed and the other with a double bed; and a bathroom with a separate bathtub and shower. On the first floor they have another room with a gym machine where they can exercise; 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds; and a bathroom with shower. In the house you will also find a washing machine, iron and ironing board and we can provide you with a cot and a high chair if you travel with your baby. Finally, the house is equipped with oil central heating.
Ariany is a quiet town in the center of Mallorca, with basic services within reach and close to the sea by car. The closest beach is Can Picafort, about 16 km away, although in the north of the island you will find other beautiful beaches in Puerto de Alcúdia, Son Serra de Marina or Cala de San Vicente. From Ariany you can visit other fantastic towns such as Manacor, Petra, Sineu, Costitx or go to the city of Inca on Thursdays and visit its market. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed.

De foto's vangen de schoonheid van het pand niet helemaal - het is gewoonweg verbluffend! De stad is charmant rustig en het strand ligt op korte afstand,

Fantastische locatie in Ariany, zeer schoon, de keuken is echter volledig uitgerust sommige apparaten zoals een broodrooster of een koffiezetapparaat zouden dat wel moeten zijn genoemd,

Marga's gastvrijheid, Het huis is zeer ruim, De stad ligt ver weg van de toeristische gebieden,

De accommodatie is zeer ruim en schoon, en hoewel we maar met z'n tweeën waren en niet met z'n tweeën, hebben we niet alle kamers gebruikt, maar voelden we ons zeer comfortabel. De buitenkant is een enorme aanwinst met prachtig uitzicht. De locatie is ideaal, een kleine dorp ver van de toeristische drukte met een ongelooflijk uitzicht, het is raadzaam om een auto te huren, de eigenaar is erg meegaand en aangenaam!

Marga is een ontzettend vriendelijke gastvrouw en neemt haar taken zeer serieus. Het huis is met veel aandacht voor detail ingericht en biedt alles wat je nodig hebt, Het zwembad is uitstekend! Ariany is een charmant dorpje en ideaal gelegen om het hele eiland te verkennen.
