The exterior of the villa is fantastic to enjoy the sun and the Mediterranean climate, cooling off in the private 9 x 5m chlorine pool with a depth between 1.10 and 1.90m or sunbathing and relaxing on one of the sun loungers. You can also eat or have a drink with your companions on the ground floor porch. On the first floor they also have a small balcony where you can enjoy the views or have a drink. Please note that there are neighbors around and privacy is partial.
This villa is distributed over two floors with independent entrances, therefore, it is perfect for you to enjoy a vacation with your family or friends without giving up certain moments of privacy and tranquility. Both have a living room equipped with AC and Smart TV and an open induction kitchen with everything you need so you can cook your favorite recipes. At bedtime they have 7 bedrooms. On the ground floor there are three bedrooms with two single beds, two of which are completed with an en-suite bathroom with shower and bathtub respectively. The fourth bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. All rooms on the ground floor are equipped with AC. On the first floor, there are three more bedrooms, two with two single beds and equipped with a radiator and ceiling fan and a third with a double bed equipped with AC and an en-suite bathroom with shower. A bathroom with shower completes each floor. If you travel with your baby, we can provide you with a crib and a high chair.
In the house there is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
The thermos works with solar panels.
Cala Ferrera is a small bay located in the town of Cala d'Or on the southeast coast of the island. It is known for its natural beauty and tranquil atmosphere and is surrounded by crystal clear waters perfect for swimming, snorkeling or simply strolling along the shore. You can head to Cala D'Or which is less than 1km away and offers a wide variety of shops, restaurants and bars to explore. The marina is one of the liveliest places, where you can admire the yachts and enjoy a delicious meal in the restaurants overlooking the sea. If you prefer, you can visit SantanyÃ, famous for its weekly market and its impressive church. Another option is to explore the Cabrera National Park, an archipelago located off the coast of the island where you can discover Mediterranean flora and fauna. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed. There is outside parking for 1 car.

De indeling van de villa is zeer praktisch, waardoor er een goede mix is van gezelligheid en privacy, wat wij erg op prijs stelden.

De open inductiekookplaat in de keuken was een geweldige functie, we hebben verschillende maaltijden gekookt en genoten van het dineren op de veranda,

We hebben echt genoten van de rustige sfeer. Ondanks de buren dichtbij, voelde het als een privé-oase. De veranda was perfect voor een kopje koffie in de ochtend.

Cala d'Or ligt op loopafstand en we vonden het heerlijk om de jachthaven te verkennen. Deze is levendig en vol met geweldige eetgelegenheden.

De villa was een perfecte ontsnapping voor ons gezin. Het privézwembad was fantastisch en we hebben er uren in doorgebracht om af te koelen. De indeling bood zowel ruimte voor tijd met het gezin als voor privacy, wat fantastisch was.

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad in deze villa. De airconditioning in de woonkamer zorgde ervoor dat we het op warme dagen aangenaam hadden, en het nabijgelegen strand was op korte loopafstand.
