This wonderful house has a chlorine pool and a solarium area with up to 10 hammocks where you can relax, chatting, having a cocktail or anything else you like, while peacefully contemplating the comings and goings of the boats, yachts and motorboats that sail through the Mallorcan east. The pool has dimensions of 5 m x 6 m and a depth that goes from 0.80 m to 1.80 m. Next to it, a wonderful built-in barbecue invites you to prepare delicious grilled recipes and then enjoy them under the porch, accompanied by the horizon. Some simple grass areas will allow the little ones in the house to have fun playing and running around freely around them.
With its rooms distributed at a height, this home has a living room open to the dining area, one on each floor, with comfortable sofas and armchairs where everyone can gather, enjoying satellite television and the unparalleled views of the terrace and the sea through the large windows. The living room leads to the kitchen, equipped with a gas hob and everything you may need to prepare your favorite menus. In this same space they have a washing machine, iron and ironing board. There is a bathroom with a shower and three bedrooms with a wardrobe, one of them with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, and two others with two single beds pushed together. If you are staying with a baby, we can provide you with a crib and a high chair. The air conditioning is perfect for staying also in winter since there is central heating.
The accommodation is located on a quiet street in a residential area, so you can always park nearby without difficulty. This makes it the ideal place for relaxing vacations since you can breathe tranquility. It is located near the center of Cala d'Or, where a wide range of tourism is offered, in addition to the services you may need such as bars, restaurants, pharmacy, and even boat excursions for the most sailors. It is a center with a leading and benchmark tourism industry in the south of Mallorca. Although it is located almost floating above the sea, the closest sandy beach you can access is Cala Serena. You can get there by car in about 2-3 minutes or on foot, if you feel like a short detour through the streets. About 30 minutes by car you reach the area of Es Trenc and Colònia de Sant Jordi with dream beaches. In short, you are in the ideal place if you want to enjoy a vacation of rest and continuous contact with the sea, and at the same time be close to a tourist area.

Een heerlijke plek om te ontspannen bij het zwembad! Dankzij de barbecue was koken makkelijk en leuk toen we vrienden over de vloer hadden.

We hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf! Genoeg ruimte voor twee personen met comfortabele bedden en een heerlijke veranda om 's ochtends van een kopje koffie te genieten.

Erstaunt über die Ruhe trotz der Nähe zur Stadt. Gute Entfernung zu Restaurants bei gleichzeitig angenehmer Stille.

Hatte Bedenken wegen des Parkens, es stellte sich jedoch heraus, dass immer freie Plätze in der Nähe waren. Genossen die Tatsache, dass mehrere Strände nur eine kurze Autofahrt entfernt waren.

Schönes Haus in der Nähe von Cala d'Or. Hatten alles, was wir benötigten. Die Kinder hatten viel Spaß im Rasenbereich am Pool.
