The fantastic exteriors of the property are ideal for enjoying the Mediterranean climate. Without a doubt, the shared chlorine pool, which has dimensions of 9.5 x 4.5 m and a depth range of between 0.65 and 2.1 m, will be the protagonist of the common areas. Around you you will find sun loungers where you can relax while you tan, a furnished area and a barbecue where you can prepare delicious recipes. Your accommodation also has a private terrace that will be perfect to start your day with a good breakfast or to enjoy eating or having a drink with your companions at sunset. Please note that the apartment is located in a block of flats, so there are direct neighbors.
Located on the first floor of a building without an elevator, the cozy interior of the home is tastefully decorated and designed to offer you the rest you deserve. The spacious living-dining room, equipped with AC and Smart TV with satellite channels, is open to the kitchen, which has a ceramic hob and all the necessary utensils to cook comfortably. In the house there is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Two beautiful double bedrooms, with AC and a separate bathroom with shower complete the house. If you travel with your baby, we can provide you with a cot and a high chair.
This accommodation is located in Cala d'Or, a coastal town known for its relaxed and family atmosphere and for its beautiful coves and beaches, each with its own charm, among which Cala Petita, Cala Esmeralda, Cala Ferrera and Cala Serena stand out. All of them, with fine golden sand, offer an idyllic environment to relax, sunbathe and enjoy the sea. In addition to its beaches, Cala d'Or has a picturesque port where there is a wide variety of shops and restaurants where you can enjoy discovering local cuisine. Finally, we encourage you to visit the beautiful historic center of Cala d'Or, full of cobblestone streets, traditional houses and a beautiful church.
Please note that the barbecue is for shared use and must be cleaned after use.
The swimming pool is open from May to October, from 10:00 to 21:00. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed.

Ik vond de ligging vlakbij de stranden echt geweldig! Het was maar een klein eindje lopen, waardoor ik elke dag makkelijk van de zon kon genieten.

De vredige sfeer en rustige locatie zorgden ervoor dat we 's avonds heerlijk konden ontspannen. De ruime woonkamer bood ons de perfecte plek om tot rust te komen na een lange dag vol ontdekkingen.

Ik zou zeker weer reserveren als ik op zoek ben naar comfort in de buurt van prachtige stranden. Dankzij de gunstige ligging ten opzichte van andere vervoersroutes was het gemakkelijk om me te verplaatsen wanneer dat nodig was.

Er was zoveel ruimte voor iedereen! We hebben heerlijk samen gegeten op het terras. Ontspannen bij het zwembad maakte onze hele ervaring compleet.
