This magnificent urbanization house offers a wonderful private chlorine pool - 7.5 x 4 m and 0.9 to 2 m deep - so that you will not miss a refreshing dip and a pleasant time despite being in the town. From the street level you access the main floor of the house. In this they have a large living room, with air conditioning, where you can watch TV-SAT or listen to music. Open to this space is the dining room and, followed by the kitchen, equipped with a ceramic hob, everything necessary for cooking, a table with chairs and access to the outside. Then they have a bathroom with a shower and two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a single bed. Going down some stairs (next to the entrance), you have the second bathroom in the house, with a shower, and two other rooms with air conditioning, one with a double bed and the other with a single bed. All bedrooms have a wardrobe. There is 1 cot and 1 high chair. The house has oil central heating. The laundry room offers a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.
The location of the house is unbeatable. They will be in the heart of the capital although in a quieter area than the center, where there is much more bustle but, at the same time, they are close by. In addition, the services are endless and accessible on foot, by public transport, by bicycle, by car, whatever you prefer. And, best of all, the nearest beach, Ca'n Pere Antoni, is about 3.6 km away, and the Son Muntaner golf course is 3.9 km away. Note: This rental cannot accept clients under 28 years of age, except in cases where it is a family stay. We need copies of each person's ID to be able to accept the reservation. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed.

Het zwembad biedt veel privacy, wat we erg waardeerden. Het voelde als onze eigen oase in de stad.

We hebben hier een heerlijke tijd gehad! De nabijheid van het strand was een pluspunt, op slechts een klein eindje rijden. Perfect voor een dagje strand.

De grootte van het zwembad was perfect voor een gezin. Het was diep genoeg om lekker te kunnen duiken, maar ondiep genoeg zodat kinderen er veilig in konden spelen.

Het zwembad is geweldig voor zonnige dagen. We vonden het heerlijk om een buitendouche te hebben om ons af te spoelen voordat we gingen ontspannen op de ligstoelen.

Ons verblijf in dit prachtige huis was fantastisch. Het privézwembad was het hoogtepunt voor ons gezin. We hebben urenlang gezwommen en genoten van de zon op de ligstoelen. Perfect voor een ontspannend uitje!
