The property has a fantastic 14 m2 furnished porch, where you can sit and enjoy summer lunches and dinners with your loved ones, and a 20 m2 terrace so that the little ones can play quietly. You can park your car on the street without a problem, since Oliva beach does not suffer from large crowds. The privacy of the home is partial.

The house has a bright living-dining room where you can relax after arriving from the beach, watching television or reading a good book. The furnished dining room is located in the same space and there you can enjoy eating quietly with your family and friends. The kitchen is open to the same room and is fully equipped so that you can prepare your best dishes without any limitations, including a ceramic hob. This accommodation is located 5 minutes from the Oliva Nova equestrian center where you can receive private equestrian lessons and where state championships are also held. It is also located a short distance from an 18-hole par72 golf course where you can enjoy the day practicing your swing. For hiking lovers, the Montgo natural park is within walking distance, as is the Marjal d'Oliva where the Salada fountain is located, which has beneficial properties for the skin. If what you prefer are fine sand beaches, in Oliva you have several options at your disposal and there you can also practice different water sports, such as Sky-surfing.

Your pet is welcome, as long as it does not exceed 5kg in weight. Note: This rental cannot accept clients under 24 years of age, except in cases where it is a family stay. We need copies of each person's ID to be able to accept the reservation. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. Pets up to 5.00 kg are welcome.
