After an entertaining day visiting different beaches on the island, there is nothing better than returning to this beautiful property and relaxing in its spacious exterior. They can cool off in the chlorine pool that measures 11x5 meters and has a depth ranging from 0.5 to 2 meters. Later you can cook a delicious barbecue both outside and in the glass-enclosed annex with AC enabled for it and enjoy it both inside and under the porch. The property is fenced and privacy is total.
Upon entering the house we find the kitchen equipped with a ceramic hob and where the washing machine is also located. The 3 bedrooms are also on the ground floor and all three are equipped with two single beds and AC. We can also provide a cot and high chair if you are traveling with your baby. There are two bathrooms on the main floor, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. Going up the stairs we find the spacious living room with AC where you can relax and watch the Smart TV.
The house is located in a bucolic location, surrounded by fields and tranquility. However, beautiful beaches like Es Trenc are just 19 km away. The closest town, Porreres, offers all the necessary services for an independent stay such as restaurants, supermarkets and bars. You can also visit other nearby places such as the Santuari de Cura, the Talaiot Capocorp Vell or even go to Palma and spend an afternoon shopping and sightseeing.
The fireplace is decorative. Note: This rental cannot accept clients under 25 years of age, except in cases where it is a family stay. We need copies of each person's ID to be able to accept the reservation. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed. There is outside parking for 5 cars.

De inrichting van het huis was uitzonderlijk: alles wat je nodig zou kunnen hebben, tot aan het strijkijzer toe. Het zwembad was ook fantastisch.
