The semi-detached house has two floors with a classic and comfortable style. The common rooms are located on the first floor: the dining room, equipped with AC, ceiling fan and TV; and the kitchen that offers a ceramic hob and the essential equipment for cooking on vacation. Also on the first floor we have a bedroom with a double bed, ceiling fan and en-suite bathroom with bathtub. On the ground floor you will find another 2 bedrooms, one with two single beds and the other with a double bed, both with ceiling fans. On this floor there is also another bathroom with a bathtub. The equipment of the house includes a crib, high chair and stroller for your baby, as well as a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
The property is located a short walk from Alcanada beach, a paradisiacal pebble beach that stands out for the tranquility of its waters and the shade offered by the pine trees on its shore. The most daring can swim to the island. The area is very familiar and quiet, with some good restaurants and some grocery stores. You will find more services in Port d'Alcúdia where you can enjoy the Mallorcan summer atmosphere. If your favorite sport is golf, one of the most beautiful courses on the island, Alcanada, is located just 550 meters from the property. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. Ik vond het geweldig hoe dicht we bij de golfbaan waren! Het was maar een korte wandeling, en het uitzicht vanaf de baan is adembenemend.
