Located on the ground floor of a cozy two-story building, on a pedestrian street and with views of the sea, this apartment has a wonderful porch wrapped in beautiful Mallorcan stone where you can prepare a good breakfast or a delicious meal, in the fresh air of the sea breeze, after a long morning on the wonderful rocky beach, which is just a few steps away. And when they return, they have an outside shower in case they want to rinse off the salt before entering the house.
Upon entering, you will find a large living room with A/C and sea views from the window, so you can relax on your sofas watching television (Smart-TV) or listening to a CD; a large kitchen-dining room with gas stove, oven, microwave and much more; a separate laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board; a bathroom with a shower and two bedrooms, one with a double bed, wardrobe and provision for a cot and a high chair, and the other with a single bed and drawers for your clothes.
Es Barcarés is a quiet summer area, belonging to Alcúdia, where there are few services but it is privileged for being next to the familiar and rocky beach of Es Morer Vermell, and having the only restaurant in the urbanization right next door. Nearby, you will also find the paradisiacal sandy coves of Sant Joan and Es Malpas. As for services, in Alcúdia you can find all kinds of supermarkets, shops, restaurants, cafes and impressive places such as its mythical wall or its traditional market held on Tuesdays and Sundays. And if you like excursions, you can take the excursion to Sa Talaia de Alcúdia, a not very high peak but with a spectacular panoramic view. Het uitzicht op zee en de rustige straat maakten de centrale ligging bijzonder aangenaam.

Iedereen die door Es Barcarés reist, zou hier moeten verblijven. De ontspannen sfeer met uitzicht op zee hielp ons tot rust te komen na dagtripjes naar nabijgelegen baaien en markten. Het vriendelijke personeel zorgde ervoor dat we ons welkom voelden.

De wifi-verbinding was betrouwbaar en stelde me in staat om zonder problemen e-mails te schrijven en bepaalde taken uit te voeren.

Op slechts een paar stappen van het kiezelstrand was het gemakkelijk om buiten te douchen voordat je naar binnen ging.
