A traditional Dalmatian house, made of stone, in a very attractive and quiet location in Povlja on island Brac, in the immediate vicinity of the beach and 950 meters from the center of Povlja.
Three one-bedroom and one studio apartments (cca. 25 m2 each) are on the ground floor of the house. The maximum capacity of each apartment is three adults or two adults with two children up to 12 years old.
The third person or two children sleep on the couch in the living room. The couch in each of the apartments can be easily converted into a spacious bed approx. 1.90 m x 1.20 m. Each apartment has its own parking space in front of the house, a separate entrance, a shaded terrace with furniture, a bedroom with a double bed, a kitchen with a dining area and living room in one larger room, as well as a bathroom with shower.
Air conditioning, Wi-Fi internet, satellite TV, safe box, bed linen, towels, pots, bowls, plates, cups, glasses, kitchen towels, cutlery, and kettle are standard equipment for each apartment.
The washing machine in the laundry room is available to guests (see LAUNDRY on the floor plan).
This lovely one bedroom apartment with furnished terrace is perfectly fit for up to three people. It features free WiFi, air conditioning as well as SAT LCD TV. The open space living room comes with sofa and sitting area, and it's combined with the equipped kitchenette and dining area. The private bathroom comes with shower and toilet.
Free toiletries, hair dryer as well as linens and towels are at your disposal.
Due to excellent position of this beachfront house , everything you may need for a pleasant stay can be reached within walking distance. If you want to enjoy the sun and the sea this is the perfect location for you, since the property is located only 100 m away from the nearest beach, with many more of them in the surrounding area. Closest grocery store, bus station, caffe and restaurant can can be found within 900 m.
Brac airport is 25 km from the property.

Over het algemeen was het een aangenaam verblijf. De locatie was rustig en de voorzieningen zoals de waterkoker en het fornuis zorgden ervoor dat ik me meer thuis voelde. Ik zou er zeker overwegen om nog eens te verblijven.

Wat een schat! De woonkamer was ruim en comfortabel en ik was dol op de lcd-satelliettelevisie voor avondentertainment. De douche had een geweldige waterdruk en de gratis toiletartikelen waren een leuke extra. Een echte aanrader!

Het appartement was eenvoudig maar comfortabel. De woonkamer was fijn om in te ontspannen en de keukenbenodigdheden waren handig om te koken. Het voldeed aan al onze basisbehoeften zonder complicaties.

Ik heb een heerlijk verblijf gehad in dit een-slaapkamer appartement, Het terras was een perfecte plek voor koffie in de ochtend, en het buitenterras was ideaal voor een gezellig avondmaal, De airconditioning hield de ruimte koel, wat een opluchting was tijdens de warme dagen,

De gedeelde tuin was een mooie verrassing! We hebben een uitstekende tijd gehad met het gebruik van de barbecue en het dineren buiten. Het appartement zelf was comfortabel, met een fijne bank en een mooie eettafel.

Het appartement was goed uitgerust met alles wat we nodig hadden. De kitchenette had alle belangrijke keukengerei, en de koelkast was een leuk extraatje. We hebben genoten van het gebruik van de grill in het gezamenlijke tuingebied. Al met al een praktische keuze voor onze reis.
