Welcome to this charming two-story villa with a spacious garden that invites play and relaxation. Located in Northern Visby on a quiet and lush plot, just over 2 km from the Visby City Wall and even closer to the sea! Perfect for those who want everything within easy reach. Here, you live in an ideal location if you want to be centrally situated but still enjoy peace and privacy. The large, green garden offers several seating areas, and two bicycles are available to borrow – and thanks to the excellent bike paths, you'll get far by bike. On the entrance floor, you'll find a spacious and well-equipped kitchen, a large living room with TV and dining table. There’s also a guest WC with sink and toilet. Upstairs you’ll find all the bedrooms, two of which have double beds, and one bedroom with a single bed. An additional single bed is available in one of the double bedrooms. One of the bedrooms also has a lovely balcony. A travel cot is available as well. The bathroom with shower and toilet is also located on the upper floor. From this home, you can explore large parts of the island by car, on foot, by bike, or by bus! It’s a perfect starting point whether you want to experience all that Visby has to offer or head north or south. But the best part is how close you are to the sea, beautiful coastal walks, and Visby’s charming city center where you can stroll through rose-lined alleys and the Botanical Garden. Enjoy delicious meals at small, picturesque outdoor cafés, go shopping, or take a cultural tour to see the ruins, the city wall’s towers, and historic sites that will take you on an exciting journey. But don’t miss the chance to explore other parts of Gotland too – the island’s coastline is magical in many different ways, offering everything from dramatic landscapes and scenic views to fishing villages and enchanting beaches with dazzling white stones and powdery soft sand. Up north, you’ll find Fårö, a separate island with famous sea stacks like Digerhuvud and beaches like Sudersand. Heading south, you shouldn't miss the popular Tofta Beach, the Eksta coast with views over the Karlsö Islands, and Ljugarn is also well worth a visit.
