Il Colle is a typical stone farmhouse with dependance recently transformed into an enchanting holiday villa, conveniently located at just 3 km from the characteristic medieval village of Radicondoli.
In the large grounds that surround the villa, guests have at their disposal a 7x14 m. private swimming pool available from May to October, a furnished vine pergola with large table and barbecue ideal for dining in the open air.
The interior has been equipped with all modern comforts and furnished with love for details in the typical Tuscan style, while preserving the wooden-beamed ceilings, the old fireplace and the terracotta floors characteristics.

La proprietà è molto bella: superato il primo tratto (dove troverete un allevamento di cinghiali in una zona boschiva), sbucherete in un territorio sconfinato e panoramico, nel cui cuore sorgono il casale, la depandance e i servizi presenti (piscina, posti auto coperti, patio..). Sarà una vacanza a diretto contatto con la natura, all'insegna della libertà, della pace e del relax. Molteplici gli itinerari possibili nelle vicinanze: dalla visita dei centri più noti, alla scoperta di quelli minori (e altrettanto spettacolari), al mare (a circa un'ora di auto).
