It has 4 bedrooms with bathrooms, one toilet, billard, living room with a fireplace and a kitchen with dining area for a relaxing evening with your family and friends. Outdoor it has beautiful big garden with a pool, playground and dining area. Also, if you would like more active holiday, there is a kayak, sup and pedalin one day free of charge, and 15% discount for a rating motor boat.

Just above Rabac, nestling on the top of the hill, there is old town of Labin - a stage to thousand years long sandy beaches such as Girandella have received a "Blue Flag".
