De onlangs gerenoveerde luxe villa laat niets te wensen over. Het maakt indruk met een uitstekende locatie en ruime kamers. De wijk Rose Garden is een van de populairste woonwijken van Cape Coral. De buitenruimte van de villa is zeer ruim en biedt veel ruimte om te ontspannen. De schaduwrijke Tiki Hut nodigt u uit om te blijven hangen.

De villa is ontworpen voor 8 personen en is ook perfect voor 2 gezinnen. De 2 verdiepingen tellende villa biedt 2 grote slaapkamers met kingsize bedden, evenals een slaapkamer met queen bed en een kamer met 2 eenpersoonsbedden.
Er zijn 4 badkamers beschikbaar voor de gasten.
Het entreegebied liggende woon- en eetgedeelte is zeer licht en ruim.
De open keuken nodigt uit tot koken met vrienden. Al het nodige keukengerei is aanwezig. Bij mooi weer kunt u gezellige barbecue-avonden doorbrengen in de buitenruimte. Voor de koelere dagen heeft u genoeg ruimte in de binneneetruimte met uitzicht op het kanaal. Het zoutwaterzwembad kan elektrisch worden verwarmd en werkt met een zoutsysteem, waardoor het water zeer aangenaam en zacht voor de huid is. Eigenlijk is het een zoetwaterzwembad zonder chloor. U heeft gegarandeerd geen last meer van geïrriteerde ogen. Daarnaast heeft de villa een professioneel insectensproeisysteem rond het terras.

Van Fort Myers luchthaven ongeveer 30 min en van Tampa 2 uur naar het huis. 2,5 uur naar Orlando met zijn vele parken zoals Sea World, Disney World of Universal Studios. 1 uur zuidwaarts via Naples naar de Everglades. Villa Key West
I loved this place. I'll like to come back anytime soon. Everything was excellent and we really loved it. The pool was great, but sometimes it was too hot.

It was one of the best Florida experiences we have had to date!
Expect a beautiful space. I highly recommend renting a boat. Look forward to a great kitchen and outdoor space, beautiful bedroom and balcony views of the canal, dolphins, and surrounding area. You will wish you lived here!

This house is FABULOUS!
It has access to the gulf by boat - yet it’s on a Great Lake instead of just a skinny waterway where you are staring at your neighbors from the back deck. This view is fabulous to wake up to and a dream to fall asleep to the twinkling lights on the water. The house itself is super spacious, the beds were comfy, two living rooms was a bonus, the kids loved the pool and the pool table, and the kitchen is well equipped with everything you need and more. The hot tub is a bit clunky to operate, but it was worth the hassle to relax each night looking out over the water.

Great family getaway
Everything about this property was as good if not better as described and it proved to be the perfect place for our family getaway. Our kids (6 and 9) loved the spaciousness of the house, the games in the garage and especially the patio/pool area and were happy to spend all day there playing without ever feeling like they needed to go anywhere else to keep having fun. Would highly recommend both the property and the managers, who were great to work with throughout the entire process, to anyone!

Great place, great people
his is one of the best properties we have found for our large family with small children. Two masters plus two bedrooms that share a bathroom. Tons of space.

Impressive property - photos don't do it justice, it feels much bigger. Location is great and support from Coral Villa was excellent. One thing we weren't expecting, which wasn't in the original villa description or the booking confirmation is that the electricity comes out of your security deposit

Wonderful and magical stay in Cape Coral
Our family of 5 had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home in Cape Coral. It was everything the listing stated but even more beautiful than the photos can provide. We caught beautiful fish off the dock in the evenings and boated to Ft. Myers, Sanibel and Captiva during the days. The pool and spa were enjoyed by everyone and the bedroom location and sizes allowed everyone to have their own separate quiet areas to unwind from the daily escapades. We travel from Colorado every year and have already shared with our friends who are already looking to come down and experience the same enjoyment that we received from this beautiful canal home. Thank you again! P.S. Rosie was a sweetheart!

Best vacation home!
Our family of 5 just returned from a 9-day stay in this beautiful home. This is our third rental in Cape Coral. Beds were super comfortable. Showers were fabulous. Very quiet. The lanai is massive and a show stopper. You’ll be hard-pressed to find a better view in Cape Coral unless you’re on the river. We would highly recommend this vacation rental.
