In July 2024 newly built "Villa Coast Dream" de lux with pool.
The house offers luxurious comfort for a maximum of 5 people.
The villa has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a cozy living room with large windows and with an open kitchen, a roof terrace with the most wonderful meblick, large terrace on the 30sqm pool.
Fantastic and large terrace by the pool with grill, a cozy seating area and an outdoor shower. Shady seating area available.
Opulent breakfast can be arranged.
For evening romantic dinner we have an experienced chef for you (pay extra).
As a wellness offer, we can offer you relaxing massages in the house or e.g. physiotherapy.

Great, deep blue sea view in the southeast of Crete, 2 km outside the city of Ierapetra in absolutely quiet location.
The luxury Villa coastal dream" is located directly on the coast at a height of approx. 20 meters and thus offers the full sea view.
Ierapetra is a small town with not too much tourism - not even in summer. We would say it more as "away from mass tourism".
