In this large garden area we find a long and beautiful swimming pool, measuring 10 m x 3 m with a depth ranging from 1 to 1.75 m, six sun loungers, a straw parasol in the purest beach style, an outdoor shower, a ping-pong table, a built-in barbecue, and a perfectly furnished porch for long evenings outdoors. The plot is fenced and absolutely private.
With a traditional style -both outside and inside-, combined with a lot of simplicity and taste, this fabulous single-story house will welcome you as your own home. Upon entering, we have a spacious living room that has a sofa, two armchairs, a coffee table, satellite television and an old fireplace that is now a decorative element with a lot of character. After a large arch we access the kitchen-dining room, perfect for preparing your best dishes on the gas hob and bringing them to the table in a second. Right here you will find the washing machine, iron and ironing board. There are three bedrooms with a wardrobe and a fan each. One of them offers a double bed while the other two have two single beds. Although there are plenty of beds, they are only offered for five so they can choose where they prefer to sleep and be much more comfortable. There is availability for a cot and a high chair. There are two bathrooms that serve the entire house, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub.
The Santa Margalida area is in the center of the island, so it is very easy to get anywhere on the island in more or less the same time. It is also a basically rural area and mostly inhabited by people from the island, which means that they will be able to discover the authenticity of Mallorca. In Santa Margalida they have the necessary services such as a supermarket, pharmacy, sports area, bars and some good restaurants. As for the beaches, in about 15 minutes driving you will reach the familiar beach of Son Serra de Marina or the paradisiacal and extensive beach of Ses Casetes dels Capellans and Can Picafort. The Can Picafort promenade is a very lively place, ideal for having a drink or an ice cream while walking and admiring the sunset.
There are two rackets and 4 ping-pong balls. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed. There is outside parking for 3 cars.
