Het historische huis, meer dan 350 jaar oud, staat op een heuvel, op een perceel van 70.000 m². Het uitzicht reikt ver, je woont hier zonder buren in zicht of gehoorafstand. Het huis is liefdevol gemoderniseerd en combineert comfort met traditie. Het biedt op 300 m² 4 tweepersoons slaapkamers, 3 badkamers binnen en 1 badkamer buiten, bij het zwembad. Er is een eetkamer, 2 woonkamers en een eetkeuken. De golfbaan van Pollensa ligt op slechts 2 minuten rijden en Pollensa ligt op ongeveer 2,5 km afstand. De dichtstbijzijnde stranden van Puerto Pollensa of de baai van Alcudia liggen op ongeveer 15 minuten rijden. De ideale finca in Mallorca voor gezinnen en groepsverblijven.
De finca heeft centrale verwarming en kan daarom het hele jaar door worden gebruikt en is ook geschikt voor een werkverblijf in de winter. Het gebruik wordt in rekening gebracht naar verbruik.

Voor vakantiegangers die op zoek zijn naar het oorspronkelijke Mallorca zijn Pollensa en de gelijknamige havenstad Puerto Pollensa ideale verblijfplaatsen.
Ver weg van de Ballermann smelten hier afwisselende landschappen samen met verzorgde zandstranden. Pollensa is een goed uitgangspunt om het hele eiland te verkennen en het Tramuntana-gebergte is ideaal voor wandel- en fietstochten. In Puerto Pollença loopt het strand heel geleidelijk af naar het water. Het is daarom zeer geschikt voor kleine kinderen om te spelen. Achter de jacht- en vissershaven ligt het lange zandstrand van Port de Pollenca. Het heeft een bijzonder mooi uitzicht op de steile hellingen van het Tramuntana-gebergte.

Annuleringsvoorwaarden:
- Gratis annuleren tot 57 dagen voor aankomst mogelijk.
- The tenant can withdraw from this agreement any time before the rental commences. The cancellation has to be made in writing to contacto-mallorca, registered mail or email will do in order to be effective. The cancellation will take effect the day contacto-mallorca receives the statement. In the event of a cancellation of contract prior to the commencement of the rental contacto-mallorca strives to find another tenant under the same terms of the contract for the agreed period. Provided that contacto-mallorca will find another tenant for the same period under the same terms of the contract, 10 % of the agreed rental fee will become due as a flat rate reimbursement of expenses regardless of the date of cancellation. In the event of cancelling the contract the tenant agrees to pay the following cancellation fees:
- If the tenant cancels this agreement more than 57 days prior to the commencement of the rental, the tenant pays 0 % of the agreed rental fee.
- If the tenant cancels this agreement between 56 and 29 days prior to the commencement of the rental, the tenant pays 15 % of the agreed rental fee.
- For a cancellation of this agreement less than 28 days, the tenant pays 95% of agreed rental fee. For a No Show the tenant pays 100 % of the rental fee.

Lovely cottage in the middle of the countryside - it’s very peaceful. A car is a necessity although the taxi company was good. There were quite a few mozzies, mostly by the pool but Martina had provided lots of plug ins, candles And repellent coils. The property was clean and tidy with lots of space.

Die Finca liegt sehr ruhig. Das Haus ist schön und die Gartenanlage sehr liebevoll gestaltet. Der Pool ist perfekt zum Abkühlen. Der Service (check-in, check-out und auch bei Problemen und Fragen) war super. Es wurde schnell reagiert und geantwortet.Alles in Allem haben wir uns wohl gefühlt und würden die Finca erneut buchen.

Loved the secluded location away from noise and neighboors but still so close to Pollenca, super markeds and beach. Such a pitoresque location and nice house. The owner came by a couple of times and took us on his tractor to his little cabin and showed us a cave. Such a nice experience.

A lovely peaceful bolt hole, away from the crowds but just a short drive to Pollenca. We loved relaxing by the pool listening to the neighbouring chickens, sheep and donkey!

We loved this house. Martina was a very responsive host and we felt like it was a home from home! It had everything we needed especially if you are self catering! We loved that it was traditional and in the middle of the beautiful countryside! Our neighbours were very friendly sheep, chickens and a beautiful donkey if you like the countryside and peace and quiet it is perfect but it is also within 5/6 min drive of the beautiful town Pollensa with so many amazing shops and restaurants and twisting winding streets! A trip to Formentor beach is highly recommended 40 mins from the door but a tropical paradise! We will be back to this area we loved it thank you Martina

Lovely property in a vey quiet location, but within easy reach of local towns and attractions, but do need a car. Unfortunately the weather wasn't very kind during our stay so didn't really get a chance to use many of the facilities, especially the pool, but everything was catered for.

This cottage is absolutely lovely if you are looking for a peaceful and relaxing holiday. The home is beautiful and clean. The pool was sparkling. You will definitely need a rental car to get around, but they are fairly cheap if booked online beforehand (€25 a day). The beaches on this side of the island are stunning. Clear turquoise water without a lot of waves, clean sand, lots of places to eat on the beach. Wonderful holiday!

Lovely finca in great location. The finca is spacious with lovely modern and rustic furniture, equipped with everything a visitor needs. The pool as well as the rest of the property are beautifully maintained. There are some sheep and other animals around that add to that wonderful country side feeling. The finca is in a really picturesk quiet area, but still only a few minutes away from Pollenca, a small town that suprised us with it's utterly charming old city centre. It's not far to the sea either and supermarkets are within easy reach. Martina was a wonderful host, incredibly responsive to questions and enquiries. We can only recommend the stay here and would love to come back.

Lovely place to stay, wonderfully clean and spacious. Very quiet, just the sound of a rooster along with the Cicadas which added to the feel of being rural and secluded while only being a 10-15 minute drive to Pollenca/Port du Pollenca. An easy 5 stars!

... in einer kleinen Sackgasse, nicht weit weg von der Hauptstraße Richtung Pollensa, aber verkehrstechnisch absolut ruhig - und die benachbarten Schafe zählen ja nicht zum Verkehr. Ohne Auto allerdings nicht ratsam. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, uns hat nichts gefehlt. Und Wein und Wasser zur Begrüßung fanden wir sehr aufmerksam.Der einzige kleine Nachteil ist, dass man die Terrasse und den Pool nicht direkt vom Haus aus betreten kann, stattdessen muss man immer außen drumherum laufen.Wir würden es wieder mieten :-).
