The interior of the two-story home is designed to offer you the rest you deserve. On the ground floor you will find a small room and a gas stove with all the necessary utensils to cook your favorite dishes, which you can enjoy at the table there or in the separate dining room. On this same floor there is a double bedroom with AC, heating and access to the garden, a separate bathroom with shower and a toilet. Through a staircase you access the upper floor, where a second room with AC and Smart TV and the rest of the bedrooms are located, all of them with a double bed, AC and heating. In addition, two of them have an en-suite bathroom, one with a hydromassage shower and the other with a normal shower and dressing room. Another separate bathroom with a shower and bathtub completes this floor, which also has a gym area. If you travel with your baby, we can provide you with a cot and a high chair.
The accommodation is located less than a kilometer from the center of Algaida, a very cozy inland town with traditional customs. There you will find all the essential services such as bars, restaurants, supermarkets, etc. In addition to this, it has the advantage of being close to communication routes that will allow you to access any point on the island. The closest beach is Arenal, although being quite central on the island, you can explore countless beaches in any direction. Palma, the island capital, is just 25 minutes away by car.
The AC only emits cold air, but they have diesel heating. Note: This rental cannot accept clients under 28 years of age, except in cases where it is a family stay. We need copies of each person's ID to be able to accept the reservation. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets.
