In this beautiful and comfortable house you can enjoy the tranquility of being on the outskirts of an inland town but enjoying all the comforts. Outside you can cool off in the beautiful chlorine pool that measures 5 x 3 meters and has a depth of 1.5 meters. After bathing, there's nothing like sunbathing on one of the sun loungers, or having a drink under the porch while we prepare the barbecue. Next to the entrance of the house you will find another area where you can eat and dine with your family while enjoying the incredible Mallorcan climate. The house is located within the town and there are direct neighbors.
The 130 m2 house is distributed over two floors that have been restored so that you can enjoy all the comforts during your stay. In the living room you can rest on one of the sofas, watch television or take a short nap. Next is the dining area that has capacity for 4 people. Finally, the kitchen, equipped with the essentials for cooking on vacation, including a ceramic hob, dishwasher, and a small table with chairs for breakfast. Next to the kitchen is the laundry area with a washing machine, iron and ironing board. On the ground floor you will find the first two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, and both with a fan and wardrobe. The ground floor is completed with two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower, which serve the entire house. Going up the stairs you will find the last bedroom, also with two single beds, fan and wardrobe. If you are traveling with a baby, we can prepare a crib and a high chair for you.
The house is located in the town of Algaida where you can find all the basic services for an independent stay: a grocery store, bars and restaurants with traditional Mallorcan food. From here you can visit the Can Gordiola glass factory, or also go to Puig de Randa and enjoy beautiful views of the island. The closest beach is El Arenal, with all the services and a great atmosphere. If you are a golf lover, the closest course is just 13.6 km away. Note: This rental cannot accept clients under 30 years of age, except in cases where it is a family stay. We need copies of each person's ID to be able to accept the reservation. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed. There are 1 parking spaces in the garage.

Der Familientrip erforderte ausreichend Platz, ohne das Budget zu sprengen. Die Küche war praktisch und wir haben jeden Abend nach dem Schwimmen im Pool gemeinsam auf der Veranda gegessen.
