The exteriors are very beautiful: go outside and have a barbecue, swim in the pool, simply relax in the garden. The porch is furnished with a table and 6 chairs for cool dinners on summer nights. The pool terrace is equipped with 4 sun loungers and there is also a pergola providing shade. There are also two armchairs and a sofa to have a drink right after a good bath. The pool is private and measures 8 x 4 meters.
The villa has a warm atmosphere and has rustic details that make the difference. It is an excellent choice for those seeking relaxation. In the living room you can rest, read a good book lying on the comfortable sofa, surf the Internet (WIFI), watch TV or a movie with the DVD player. The attached dining area has a large table and two benches where up to 14 people can eat, while the kitchen, which is also located in the same space, has everything you need for you to cook during your meals. In the patio there is space to park at least two cars, although it is not covered. Pets are not allowed.
The large house, on the ground floor, has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It is ideal for families or groups of friends, since there is space for up to 6 people. The 3 bedrooms have a double bed. There is an en-suite bathroom and a shared en-suite bathroom. It has air conditioning in the living room and the master bedroom.
The house is only 2.2 km from Sa Pobla, where you can find everything you may need during your stay: supermarket, medical center, pharmacy, bars, restaurants, etc. The town of Pollença is also close by. It is a beautiful town that is worth visiting, you will enjoy its cobbled streets and all the little shops in the area, you can go up to the Calvari, an old church in the upper part of the town, from where you can enjoy spectacular views.
Just a 20-minute drive will take you to Ses Casetes des Capellans and Ca’n Picafort. Spend a day on the fine sand beach and enjoy a cocktail while admiring the sunset. In the area there are good restaurants to eat paella which have incredible views. The Ca'n Picafort promenade is very lively and contrasts with the tranquility of Playas de Muro. We also recommend that you visit the area of Alcúdia, where there are coves with crystal clear waters. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed. There is outside parking for 2 cars.

Uitstekende locatie! Zeer rustig en dicht bij alle bezienswaardigheden, het strand Playa de Muro ligt op 18 minuten rijden met de auto, de keuken is zeer goed uitgerust, de bedden zijn zeer comfortabel,

De accommodatie was zeer ruim en goed uitgerust, met voldoende ruimte voor 6 volwassenen en kinderen. Het zwembad was schoon en er waren zelfs handdoeken en speelgoed voor buiten beschikbaar. De airco in de woonkamer en de slaapkamer werkte uitstekend en koelde ook de andere kamers. De keuken was goed uitgerust en de meeste basis ingrediënten zoals zout, suiker, olie en koffie waren aanwezig. Een uitstekende accommodatie op slechts 2 minuten lopen van Lidl.
