They will be able to prepare delicious dishes in the ceramic hob kitchen as they have all the utensils to cook comfortably. There is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board. On this same floor you will find a bedroom with two single beds and two bathrooms with a shower. Using a staircase you will access the upper floor, where the other bedrooms and the terrace are located, which you can also access from the outside. Of the four bedrooms on this floor, one of them has two single beds and the other three have a double bed. One of the bedrooms with a double bed also has an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and direct access to the terrace. A bathroom with shower completes this floor. All rooms have AC and if you travel with your baby we can provide you with a cot and a high chair.
The property is located in Sa Pobla, which is perfect for taking a walk through the town as it is close to bars, restaurants and shops. In addition, on Sundays the traditional market of fresh and local fruits and vegetables and many other artisan products is held. The property has a parking space, but if you wish, just 700 meters away you have a bus or train stop to get to nearby towns or reach the capital of the island. If you want to enjoy the beach, just 10 minutes by car you can go to the beaches in the north of the island. If you like golf, Golf Pollença is 15 minutes away by car. Note: This rental cannot accept clients under 23 years of age, except in cases where it is a family stay. We need copies of each person's ID to be able to accept the reservation.
