The exteriors are very extensive and in them you will find different corners to spend a relaxed vacation. The chlorine pool measures 12 m x 6 m and has a depth ranging from 1.2 m to 2 m. Next to the pool there are 8 sun loungers so you can relax in the sun. The 75 m2 porch is ideal for having a good breakfast or spending pleasant summer evenings having a cocktail. Next to the pool we find a summer kitchen with a gas stove, a large table and chairs where you can enjoy your meals in the summer time. The lawn that surrounds the house has an area of 1000 m2.
The interior of the house stands out for its rustic decoration and is divided into two floors. On the ground floor there is a large area that includes the gas stove, with all the utensils you may need to cook at home, as well as a table with chairs; the living room area where they can watch TV and rest on their comfortable sofas; and the dining area, with a large table so you can enjoy meals comfortably. The separate laundry room consists of a washing machine, iron and ironing board. On this floor there are two bedrooms with AC: one with a double bed and bathroom with shower en suite, and another with a trundle bed; and a bathroom with a bathtub. On the first floor there are three bedrooms with a double bed and a bathroom with shower en suite each. Two of them also have AC. If you are traveling with a baby we will provide you with a crib and a high chair. Finally, the house is equipped with underfloor heating for the winter season.
In the town of Sa Pobla, 2 km from the house, you will find everything you may need during your stay: restaurants serving typical Mallorcan food, bars, supermarkets, pharmacies, etc. We recommend that you visit the town of Pollença, about 10 minutes away by car, walk through its cobblestone streets and numerous small shops going up Calvario. You will find paradisiacal beaches not far away such as Puerto de Alcudia or ses Casetes des Capellans.
The fireplace is decorative. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed. There is outside parking for 4 cars.
