The kitchen with another dining table has all the utensils to prepare a banquet, including a gas stove and ceramic hob. The laundry room offers a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. On the ground floor you will find a bedroom with a double bed, two bathrooms with a shower and a toilet.
Upstairs there are three bedrooms with a double bed each and one with two single beds, three of them with an en-suite bathroom with shower each. Additionally, there is a bathroom with a separate shower upstairs. The upstairs room has a small gym. We can provide up to two cots and two high chairs upon request. Five fans complete the equipment. The owner cares about the environment and has installed solar panels.
In the city of Manacor you will find everything you need for an independent stay, such as supermarkets, restaurants and shops. Additionally, Manacor is famous for the pearl factory, Majorica. Nearby are the Cuevas del Drach, a world of stalactites and stalagmites with an underground lake, the so-called Llac Martel.
Regarding beaches, the east coast has many dream beaches; among them Cala Mandia-Cala Anguila, Porto Cristo, Cales de Mallorca and the wonderful Cala Varques, a natural beach accessible on foot.

De eigenaren voerden persoonlijk de sleuteloverdracht uit en waren ontzettend aardig, De finca was vlekkeloos schoon en had alles wat nodig was, Elke slaapkamer had een eigen badkamer en er waren ook twee toiletten en een buitendouche, In geval van een technisch probleem met één toilet De eigenaren waren er snel en zorgden voor de reparaties, De locatie was fantastisch, er waren geen directe buren dus we hadden het echt voor onszelf, We denken er serieus over na om de finca volgend jaar weer te boeken,
