It has all the important utensils, an induction cooker and an elegant wooden table, ideal for having breakfast. The laundry room is equipped with a washing machine, iron and ironing board. A bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with bidet and bathtub are located on the ground floor.
Upstairs we find three more bedrooms, two with a double bed and one with a single bed, as well as a bathroom with a bathtub and bidet. Two of these bedrooms do not have a closet but rather a clothes rack and one has space to prepare a crib and a high chair in case you travel with a baby. The house offers two fans.
Son Serra de Marina is a quiet village on the northern coast of Mallorca, with only a small grocery store, a pharmacy and a restaurant. The coast is mostly rocky, but at the end there is a natural sandy beach, backed by dunes where there are beautiful paths. A path takes you to Colonia de Sant Pere and passes through the dunes, small Mediterranean forests and always with the sea at your side. More services are in Can Picafort, about 10 minutes away by car. There you will find nightlife, bars, supermarkets, the possibility of practicing water sports and playgrounds. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed. There is outside parking for 1 car. There are 1 parking spaces in the garage.

We hebben genoten van ons verblijf! De veranda was perfect voor een avondbarbecue met vrienden na een dagje strand. De buitendouche was een uitkomst om het zand af te spoelen.
