On the ground floor, 2 bedrooms are equipped with double beds and two with single beds, while on the upper floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and another with bunk beds. Three full bathrooms, two on the ground floor and one on the upper floor, complete the comforts of the house.
The property is located in a quiet urbanization near the sea. Just 20 meters away you will find a rocky beach, while a long sandy beach, more than 1 kilometer long, is just 500 meters away. At the end of the urbanization, there are a variety of bars and restaurants to enjoy. In addition, they have a paddle surf board rental station, ideal for a fun morning with your companions. Just a 10-minute drive away is Ca'n Picafort, an urbanized area that offers a wide selection of restaurants, supermarkets and leisure options. We hebben genoten van de buitenruimte! De ingebouwde barbecue en de ligstoelen maakten onze middagen zo aangenaam. We hebben urenlang van de zon genoten.
