In this restored old house you can enjoy all the modern comforts in a rustic and traditional style with great details that have been preserved. Around the terrace we find a garden area with sun loungers and parasols and tastefully distributed. The barbecue will allow you to prepare incredible meals or dinners that you can enjoy on the porch next to the house. There is also a toilet outside. The 14,465 m2 property is fenced and there are not many neighbors in the surrounding area so privacy is total.
The 180 m2 house has two floors. Once inside the ground floor, we enter a spectacular living room in which traditional details have been respected such as the bench at the foot of the window or the wooden beams. It is a cozy and bright living room with several armchairs and a sofa where you can enjoy a movie on satellite TV or the Wi-Fi connection. The living room has a wood stove so you can spend the coldest nights in the warmth of the home. Next we find a dining room with a cozy table for 8 people and another wood stove. The ceramic hob kitchen is independent, and despite its completely traditional appearance, it includes an original fireplace. In it you can find all the current tools to cook with complete comfort. One of the bedrooms is also on the ground floor and has a double bed.
On the first floor we find the other two bedrooms, one with two single beds and a wardrobe and the other with a double bed and a clothes rack and a chest of drawers. All three bedrooms have air conditioning. The house has two bathrooms with showers that serve the house: one on the ground floor and the other on the first floor. The house also has a laundry room with a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. If you need it, you can also have a cot and a high chair.
Santa María del Camà is a charming town in the center of the island. From the house you can go on hiking or cycling routes. In the town you will find all the services you need for an independent stay. From Santa María you can travel to any point on the island. Inca is a nearby city where you can't miss the Thursday market that occupies all the central streets of the city. The closest beach is Can Pere Antoni, integrated into the city of Palma, but you can also quickly access the beaches in the north of the island such as Playa de Alcudia or can Picafort. Note: This rental cannot accept clients under 28 years of age, except in cases where it is a family stay. We need copies of each person's ID to be able to accept the reservation. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed. There is outside parking for 4 cars.

We vonden de open ruimte erg fijn voor onze familiebijeenkomsten. Koken in de keuken was prettig en buiten eten was heerlijk.

De zonsondergangen bij het zwembad waren prachtig, een zeer rustgevende afsluiting van elke dag.

We kwamen laat aan, maar alles was klaar en comfortabel. De tuin is ruim met ligstoelen rond het zwembad, ideaal om te ontspannen na een lange dag vol ontdekkingen.
