The interior of the two-story home is designed to offer you the rest you deserve. On the ground floor there are two living rooms with fireplaces, a dining room and the kitchen, which has a gas stove and all the necessary utensils to cook comfortably. Next to the kitchen there is a room with a fixed barbecue, in case you want to prepare a grilled recipe. Wooden stairs lead to a loft where there is a third living room. Two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub, serve this floor. In the house there is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. When it comes to sleeping, they have 3 bedrooms. On the ground floor there are two of them: one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. On the upper floor is the third bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower that also has access to two terraces. If you feel like it, you can work out in the small gym on the property. Five fans and four radiators complete the equipment of the house. If you are traveling with babies, there are 2 cots and 2 high chairs available.
Santa María del Camà is a charming town in the center of the island. From the house you can go on hiking or cycling routes. In the town you will find all the services you need for an independent stay. From Santa María you can travel to any point on the island. Inca is a nearby city where you can't miss the Thursday market that occupies all the central streets of the city. The closest beach is Can Pere Antoni, integrated into the city of Palma, but you can also quickly access the beaches in the north of the island such as Playa de Alcudia or can Picafort.
Please note that, during the day, there are personnel who visit the plot to work the land.

Het huis is aantrekkelijk, modieus en gezellig, Er is een zwembad en een boomhut op het terrein, De tuin is enorm en goed onderhouden, Een ideaal uitje! Zal terugkomen,

Een buitengewone huurwoning, met een lange oprit, tuin en een huis vol unieke kamers en ruimtes. Het voelde magisch en we hebben van elk moment genoten. De fitnessruimte en de tuin boden de mogelijkheid om dagelijks te sporten en de houtvuren zorgden voor gezellige avonden met familiefilms. We waren verheugd dat er bij aankomst melk, frisdrank, bier, wijn, olijfolie, fruit en koffie op ons wachtten.

De accommodatie biedt veel ruimte en schoonheid, het biedt een verscheidenheid aan comfortzones en je voelt je als in een landhuis. De grootte van het terrein laat je voelen alsof je helemaal alleen op een eiland bent. Als je iets anders zoekt dan een typische gemoderniseerde finca, kan ik dit alleen maar aanbevelen.
