Savor the true essence of the countryside outside this beautiful rustic villa. The furnished terrace and the private salt pool are the true protagonists. The pool has a size of 6 x 3 m and a depth of 1 to 1.5 m. Enjoy breakfast, some rays of sun on the 4 sun loungers, a refreshing swim and a delicious barbecue.
Upon entering, you are greeted by a warm room that combines the living room - with satellite television, air conditioning and a decorative wood stove - with the dining area and the kitchen, equipped with an induction hob. Following a hallway you access two bedrooms with a double bed, wardrobe, air conditioning, ceiling fan and exit to the garden. There is a cot and a high chair available. The bathroom in the house has a shower. The laundry room offers a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
The property is located 4.6 km from the center of Algaida, a beautiful inland town with the essential services for your stay and a great gastronomic offer. Being centrally located on the island, it has easy and quick access in any direction. The closest beach is Ca'n Pastilla, 16.1 km away, although you can explore the coast and visit beautiful coves and dream beaches such as Es Trenc. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed. There is outside parking for 2 cars.

De locatie is geweldig voor degenen die het eiland willen verkennen, Algaida heeft een aantal leuke eetgelegenheden en het strand ligt op korte rijafstand,

De villa is goed uitgerust en zeer comfortabel. De twee slaapkamers waren ruim en ik waardeerde de plafondventilatoren. De douche in de badkamer was verfrissend na een dagje uit.

Zeer praktisch verblijf, de wasfaciliteiten waren handig en de locatie maakte het gemakkelijk om het eiland te verkennen, ook was de rit naar het strand snel en gemakkelijk,

Al met al een geweldige ervaring! Het privézwembad met chloor was een hoogtepunt voor ons. We hebben urenlang genoten van de zon en de rustige sfeer.
