It has Wi-Fi and a large, well-equipped living room with comfortable sofas from where you can relax, enjoying satellite television or quietly reading a good book. It also has a complete and very well-equipped kitchen, with a dining area with a large table and chairs where you can enjoy meals as a group or, if you prefer, you can cook outside, on the barbecue or on one of the furnished porches that you will find near the pool.
We can find two porches next to the pool area equipped with tables and chairs as well as sun loungers; ideal for long evenings, outdoor meals and enjoying the good climate of Mallorca while living outside. It has two fenced pools for greater security. The large pool is 7 x 5m and the children's pool is 2 x 2m. The children's pool has a depth of 0.5 m.
It has the capacity to park up to 6 cars uncovered in a space set up for this purpose a few meters from the house. It has a large garden area equipped with a ping-pong table.
The house and its surroundings exude tranquility and are ideal for spending a relaxing stay surrounded by nature. It is located on a 6,500 m2 plot and in an environment that invites you to take long walks through the dry countryside and roads in the area. In addition, the paths that surround the house are ideal for bicycle rides.
The house is only 1.9 km from the town of Cala d'Or, where you can find everything you may need during your stay; supermarket, medical center, pharmacy, bars, restaurants, shops, etc., in addition to frenetic tourist activity. It is a town with a leading tourist industry and a reference in the south of the island of Mallorca.
By car you can reach the white sand beaches of the Mondragó Natural Park in 10 minutes or the area of Es Trenc and Colonia de Sant Jordi in 20 minutes. This home is located 60 minutes from Palma where you can make tourist visits, cultural walks or shopping in the most exclusive stores. This home is ideal for those who want to enjoy a relaxing holiday in quiet accommodation but, at the same time, want to be close to a tourist center and its attractions such as Cala d'Or. We waren onder de indruk van de aandacht voor details in het huis, alles voelde modern en gezellig aan,

Geweldig huis voor een groepsuitje. De twee zwembaden waren een hit bij de kinderen en het eetgedeelte buiten zorgde voor heerlijke avonden onder de sterren.
