Upon entering the property you will find the magnificent 10.7m2 furnished porch, located on the front facade and where you can share unforgettable moments with your family and friends. The salt pool of the house has dimensions of 9x4m and a depth that ranges from 0.90m to 2.00m. Around the pool there is a shower where you can cool off and it also has a total of 4 sun loungers and 2 parasols to sunbathe safely. The villa's fixed barbecue is located at the front of the house and you can prepare all kinds of dishes outdoors. Next to the barbecue you will also find a wood oven ideal for cooking everything from pizzas to a piece of meat. In its entirety, outdoors it has a 100m2 paved area and another grass area with a 35m2 orchard. There is a slide for the little ones in the house to enjoy, privacy is total and there are 2 places to park vehicles.
The property's living room with fireplace and air conditioning is the ideal place to relax watching satellite television, listening to music or reading well. The dining room is located in the same room as the living room and there you can enjoy sharing unforgettable moments with your loved ones. The kitchen is independent, has a gas stove and in it you can prepare any dish you can think of. The laundry area is independent and has 1 washing machine, 1 iron and 1 ironing board. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 of them with 1 double bed each and 1 with 2 single beds. All rooms have wardrobes and have access to 1 crib for the little ones if needed. This villa has 2 bathrooms, one inside the house with a bathtub and another new one outside with a shower. The house has air conditioning in the bedrooms and the living room.
The surroundings of this property are located in the area of Manacor, one of the most important towns on the island. Manacor is known for the manufacture of pearls, for the quality of its furniture and for the Coves del Drach i dels Hams. Every Monday morning the weekly market is held where you can buy typical products from the island. Some of the closest beaches are s'Illot, Porto Cristo, Cala Anguila, Cala Mendia, s'Estany d'en Mas, Cala Antena, es Domingos Grans, es Domingos Petits and Cala Murada. If what you want is to practice water sports, on Cala Millor beach you have access to sports such as windsurfing, paddle surfing, or sky surfing. Note: This rental cannot accept clients under 26 years of age, except in cases where it is a family stay. We need copies of each person's ID to be able to accept the reservation. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. Pets are welcome. The celebration of events is not allowed. There is outside parking for 2 cars.
