This cozy house, located in a quiet area just at the entrance or exit of the town, has a large patio with a private chlorine pool measuring 3.5m x 3m and 0.80m deep, and a fantastic furnished porch to enjoy an evening accompanied by a delicious dinner. It is a space full of harmony that guarantees them the long-awaited rest they deserve.
The house distributes its spacious and pleasant rooms over two floors and offers a beautiful rustic-modern style with all the necessary comforts for your stay. On the ground floor, they have a formidable living-dining room with satellite television. The kitchen joins this space fluidly and has a ceramic hob with all the essential utensils for cooking. On this same floor there is a toilet and a relaxation room to practice yoga. Going up the stairs, they find what is a new concept of space: a spacious room with a work table and... a bathtub! In the hallway there is an AC, very useful when it comes to cooling the three bedrooms, all with double beds. Two of them have an en-suite bathroom with a shower, and one of them has access to a charming terrace from where you can admire the wonderful Mallorcan countryside. There is a washing machine. We can provide you with a crib and a high chair if you are traveling with a baby.
Santa Margalida is a town located in the center of the island, so it has relatively quick access to any part of the island. It is a practically rural area, inhabited by local people, a perfect condition to get to know and discover an authentic Mallorca. Only 9 km separate them from the beach of Ca'n Picafort, known for its fine white sand and crystal clear waters, and its traditional food restaurants. Don't leave without trying an exquisite paella on the beach! The promenade of Ca’n Picafort and Puerto de Alcúdia are very lively if you want a little more bustle and entertainment.
