A pleasant holiday home, a rural idyll with proximity to beautiful nature and attractions as well as the large shopping area in Ullared. You live on a secluded part of the owner's farm with a view of beautiful nature and lush pastures. Affordable accommodation and a good starting point for all activities in the area. The cottage is located in the far part of the farm area. From the entrance you have a sleeping alcove with a bunk bed, divided by a curtain. The bedroom has a double bed. The living room and open kitchen are spacious with comfortable sofas, a dining area and a TV. There is also a wood-burning stove that you can use during the slightly cooler period. The owner is happy to sell you firewood. The bathroom has a shower and a washing machine. The house has free WiFi. You have your own part of the plot and here there are several patios with garden furniture. For the children there are both a jumping tower and swings. The far part of the plot slopes steeply down towards the valley. You have a fantastic view of pasture and meadows. There are several excursion destinations in the area. The Högvadsån River, Ätran's largest tributary, flows nearby. It's not just salmon that thrive in the river. There are also trout, pike, perch and several other species. A fishing license is required. If you don't get a bite, you can still have a wonderful nature experience by the water in the beautiful valleys. A little further away is Sumpafallen. Here you can wander along the rapids, or in the beautiful forest landscape. The nature reserve is a very popular excursion destination. There are plenty of picnic tables, so sit down and enjoy nature. Visit Åkalla beech forests, Öströös sheep farm and Ästad winery. Ätrafors dammen, with a connection to Ätran, has a nice public swimming area with toilets, a jetty, barbecue areas, boules and beach volleyball courts. A short drive away you will find Ullared's gigantic shopping centers. There is also a popular swimming lake with a jetty and diving tower. A short drive and you will also reach the lovely summer town of Falkenberg with its fine beaches and cozy shops, cafes and restaurants. For those interested in golf, Ullared/Flädje golf club is within easy reach.
